Vacation Bible School is still the single largest evangelistic effort of the local church in the year. This is the one time a year that the community will willingly bring their families and leave them with your church for a dedicated time.
This knowledge is combined with the statistics that show us that the more people who are trained and ready directly correlates to more children following the Lord in salvation decisions and baptism.
Knowing that the Lord has put this opportunity at our doorstep we, as Louisiana Baptists, want to assist the local church in any way possible to help them with Vacation Bible Schools.

While LifeWay VBS is the primary focus of our training we are more than happy to help give a church direction and help on an individual basis if they feel led to select another VBS theme. We are also available to help individual churches think through VBS opportunities in their communities such as Backyard Bible Clubs, Apartment VBS Ministry and many other ideas.
