Lifeway Curriculum Issues Caused by Supply Chain Disruption

An international crisis of manufactured goods has impacted the global market. These challenges have even caused supply issues for Lifeway Curriculum print products. Because of this, Lifeway has had to adapt and make some changes to the way orders are processed and delivered.

The good news, more people are buying curriculum now than they did during the pandemic. The bad news, with demand for curriculum rising and the lack of availability of resources to print these products, this has put Lifeway into overdrive trying to service all of their clients. The impact could be felt by as much as 40% of users. They are working hard to run reprints to keep up with demand but some customers may see shortages through this cycle and the next.

If your church has been impacted by this shortage, you should have or will be receiving a call from a Lifeway customer service representative. If you are without your printed copy of the curriculum, you should be able to access that curriculum with a free 30 day access to a digital version of the product or products you use. Your customer service representative will work with you to find a solution if the digital product does not meet your need.

Alternative solutions include eBooks, a Ministry Grid subscription for digital curriculum or print products from another line of ongoing curriculum. One option to alleviate this issue in the future, would be to order using the recurring order option which also provides you a 5% discount for your products. Another option would be to begin using the digital options that are available to members, Sunday School teachers and even your whole church through Ministry Grid. Every product is available to you in digital form for your computer, tablet or smart phone.

Churches needing additional information should contact the Lifeway customer service team at 1-800-458-2772 or customerservice@lifeway.com.
