Teen Girl Missions
Discover how God can use young women to serve, lead, and make disciples.
Through mission opportunities in Louisiana and around the world, we equip teenage girls who demonstrate leadership in their churches, have a heart for missions, or sense God calling them into ministry.
Mission opportunities may include children’s ministry, worship leadership, evangelism, discipleship, community outreach, and cross-cultural ministry experiences. We partner with Louisiana Baptist churches, ministries, and International Mission Board (IMB) missionaries to provide meaningful opportunities for girls to grow in their faith while serving others.
Our prayer is that these mission experiences will help young women develop a lifelong passion for missions, ministry, and leadership in the local church.
Who Should Apply?
We encourage applications from girls in grades 7–12 who:
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- Have a heart for serving others

Missions Journey: Students
Missions Journey: Students resources provide a fun, dynamic and experiential way for teenage guys and girls in grades 7-12 to grow in relationship to Christ. Through Bible study, missions’ projects and Christ-centered friendships, they learn to look beyond themselves and become actively involved in missions and ministry.
