Do you already have Disaster Relief credentials, but they are out of date? Simply click the red button and renew your credentials. You will be taken to a separate form where you will only be required to pay for an updated background check and new badge.

Fill out the form below and follow the additional instructions.
Step 3: Background Check
Once you have submitted your payment above, you will receive an email with a link to complete your background check. Please do this quickly so you can begin volunteering.
Step 4: Disaster Relief Items
If you have completed the Sign-Up form and Background Check, your Disaster Relief hat, shirt and badge may be available at your training event. If you don’t receive your materials at the event, they will be mailed to the address you provided in the form above.
