Opportunity Knocks
God is literally bringing a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” to our area. Let us follow Paul’s admonition in Ephesians 5 where he wrote, “make the most of every opportunity.”
Let’s look at how we, through God’s power and Spirit, can gather the harvest He’s bringing our way.” Please join us!
Here’s What’s Happening
Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, is building an Artificial Intelligence (A.l.) data center in our area. Over the next several years, we’ll see up to 5,000 construction workers passing through and 500 or more permanent employees once construction is complete. It’s estimated this project will bring 1,500 new jobs to the area.
Here’s How God Can Use You
This effort will take many churches, families, and individuals to commit to being the hands and feet of Jesus for those coming to this area of our state. No matter who you are, you can be part of God’s work.
YOU CAN PROVIDE
One way churches are already ministering to workers at the construction site is by providing lunch once a month. You can help by sending needed supplies or donations to the Richland Association Office, 102 Horn Rd, Rayville, LA 71269.

The Fields Are Ripe
Construction is expected to continue through 2030. There will be many opportunities to be good neighbors to these workers and share the good news. Richland Association has already started providing monthly lunches and seen a couple of people pray to receive Christ!
