CWJC/CMJC is a ministry of WMU that is committed to meet the needs of the participants and their community. Bible study and one-on-one mentoring is the key factor and is what holds this ministry different from other job-readiness programs. Louisiana Baptist Nursing Fellowship
LA BNF (Louisiana Baptist Nursing Fellowship) involves health-care professionals in mission points in their community and our state, as well as in places around the world. Through BNF, health care-professionals use their skills to take the Gospel to those who need it through compassion ministries. Learn more.
Prison Ministry Weekend
LA Correctional Institute for Women is the only state-owned and operated correctional facility for women in the state. LA Women’s Missions and Ministry has partnered with the Baptist Association of Greater Baton Rouge (BAGBR) in an effort to share Christ within those walls. It is a meaningful and life-changing experience for both offenders housed at LCIW and for the volunteers. Learn more.
