Women, ages 18 and up, live out God’s plan for their lives as they become aware of needs around them and take steps to meet those needs through prayer, acts of compassion (mission action), giving to support the work of missions and ministries and intentionally learning how God’s work is done locally, in their state and North America and around the world.

- Develop a biblical worldview that compels them to be involved and to involve others in doing missions and supporting missions
- Regularly reach out to the lost and hurting through compassion ministries/mission action, both inside and outside their communities for the purpose of meeting physical needs that leads to an encounter with the Living Lord
- Give sacrificially to further God’s work through the Cooperative Program, the Georgia Barnette State Missions Offering, the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering
