WHERE and HOW You Can Request Assistance

Due to the scope of the flooding event in south Louisiana, there have been various emails and social media posts communicating conflicting information regarding WHERE and HOW to request clean up assistance.

[expand title=”Read More” swaptitle=”Read Less”]

The first place you should begin is LouisianaBaptists.org. Click on the red disaster relief band across the top of the page. It will take you to a web page containing information, required formslocal relief centersneeded suppliesvolunteer training and more.

If you prefer to call, the number is 877-487-4658.

You must complete the required forms to receive assistance. Please download the forms from the website (LouisianaBaptists.org) and take them to a relief center near you. You can also complete the forms at the relief centers.

Once the center receives and reviews your form, someone will contact you regarding your request.

There is no charge for our assistance, but understand the completed form is not a guarantee of services.

Typically a clean-out team will remove the damaged sheetrock/paneling and insulation and spray for mold.

We apologize for any miscommunication you may have received and we look forward to assisting you as quickly as we can.

We also hope to have the opportunity to pray with you and your family during your recovery process.
