September 19-20, 2014
Tall Timbers Baptist Conference Center

If you are a mission and ministry leader interested in exploring new ministry areas for your church or association – this weekend is for you! MOVE is aimed at mobilizing on-mission volunteers for effective missions and ministry. We want to help you put your hands and feet to work so you can MOVE for the Gospel!

MOVE will feature track-style learning about:

After-Care Ministry
Developing after-care ministry for prison releases; explore the types of aftercare, how to develop, steps to getting started.

CWJC/CMJC
What is Christian Women’s Job Corps and Christian Men’s Job Corps? How can this Bible study-based, skills developing ministry make a difference in your community?

Pregnancy Resource Ministries
Explore ways to minister to women and couples faced with unplanned pregnancies and helping them to make the choice for life. Discover different types of pregnancy resource ministries.

Compassion Care Centers
Learn different ways to develop food and clothing distribution centers that meet physical needs and more importantly, open doors for sharing Christ through your church or association

This event will also include Bible study and worship, introduction to other types of ministry and an overview of WMU’s 2015 Project HELP: PTSD.
